99% a 3DS game - dont think they would use the chibi style on a PS4(Switch). And the gameplay/system is based on EO, so yeah likely 3DS. Just dont think that Atlus has the resources between SMT HD, their new PS4 fantasy JRPG and the next console Persona titles.
