This is the last Sunday that Gene Haas must spend as an imprisoned man. The 56-year-old owner of Haas Automation Inc. will be released May 10 from a Los Angeles halfway house, having completed 16 months of a 24-month prison sentence for conspiring to commit tax evasion.
