VS2022 Extensibility: How to resolve "The type 'XXX' exists in both 'Assembly 1' and 'Assembly2' in T4 template execution

I have an extension I'm updating from VS2019 to VS2022. It's a DSL using the Modeling SDK and has code generation via T4 templates. I have it pretty much converted but, when running the T4s, I get
