We've found further evidence of this inside the shared cache of iOS 14 beta 5. Strangely, CAMCaptureCapabilities does not (yet?) have an entry for 4k120 or 4k240. We will continue to monitor how this develops. Here's iOS 14 compared to iOS 13.6
